A note from the kitchen

Great food isn't about white tablecloths and small portions. It never has been. Source the best ingredients you can find, cook them with care, and charge a fair price. That's been the plan since day one — and it still is.

"AA Rosette dining without the stuffiness. The lamb was extraordinary and the espresso martini somehow even better."

"The Chateaubriand sharing board is absurd in the best possible way. Bring an appetite and bring friends."
